Bruno Lorenzi has been excellent from my first consultation to the after surgery follow up call to check my progress. I had a laparoscopic cholecystectomy with intra-operative cholangiogram at Springfield Hospital as a NHS patient, on 1st December 2020. He explained everything about the procedure very clearly and put me totally at ease. I had brilliant care in every aspect and no after effects and no more nasty symptoms. From the initial consultation to follow up phone call I found Bruno and his team to be very professional. I had a bi-lateral hernia op on 21st November 2019 at broomfield hospital. Under the current difficult Covid conditions I felt safe in all areas of my care.
